This historic election has been about change. I would like to thank so many amazing people. Thank you to every single neighbor who talked to me at their door. Thank you to every single neighbor who offered insight or advice. Thank you to every single neighbor who believed in a stranger who rang their doorbell with a vision to move our neighborhood and our city forward. Thank you to every single neighbor who beeped their horn, gave a thumbs-up, or fist-pumped while we were holding signs. Thank you to every single neighbor who raised their voice by means of the ballot box.
I have been beyond blessed with the support of such a dedicated, hard-working team of people from our neighborhood. My campaign team saw a regular joe’s vision and decided to work towards implementing change.
And finally, I want to thank my family and girlfriend for their love and support on this journey.
We set out to show that Together We Make A Difference, and the election results demonstrate exactly this. Centralville has amplified its voice as a neighborhood, and we’re being heard loud and clear. This is only the beginning.
I look forward to improving the system for neighborhood services to be provided routinely, proactively, and efficiently. I look forward to ensuring our homes and our lives are protected 24/7 from fire and crime. I look forward to creating recreational, educational, and employment opportunities for our residents. I also look forward to working towards safer, cleaner, and well-maintained schools and public buildings.
I invite all residents of Centralville to participate in the Centralville Neighborhood Action Group. CNAG can be a key partner in enacting the change we desire, especially if it reflects the wide range of ages, nationalities, and ethnicities in our neighborhood.
Our journey so far has already been incredible. Our work together has just begun, and I NEED our community's continued engagement to be an effective City Councilor. Thank you for joining me to guide our local government in Raising The Bar on quality of life for ALL.
Thank you all, again, so much.
